The Authority dispatches maintenance personnel to handle any problem on the public water and sewer system.  This service is provided at no charge.  The Authority does not maintain or repairs water and sewer lines on customers property.

The Authority's facilities extend up to, and including the water meter and sewer cleanout.  These appurtenances are usually located adjacent to the highway right-of way.  It is a good practice to determine the location of these items.   Additional information regarding the water meter/sewer cleanout can be obtained from the Authority's Engineering Department.  A representative is available for questions during normal business hours.
