The purpose of The Rules & Regulations is to establish and furnish information on the rules, regulations, and construction requirements which have been adopted by the Greensville County Water and Sewer Authority of Greensville County, Virginia in accordance with Section 15.2-5100 to Section 15.1-1270, inclusive, of the Code of Virginia of 1950 and which are applicable to the public water and sanitary sewerage facilities now existing or which may in the future be under the jurisdiction of the Greensville County Water and Sewer Authority. The Rules & Regulations establishes the rates, rules, and regulations which govern the use of the public water and sanitary sewerage facilities and provides the construction, and connection of these utilities shall conform when such utilities are proposed for use of residential, business, commercial, or industrial purposes within the Jurisdictional Area of the Greensville County Water and Sewer Authority. A copy of the Rules and Regulations is available for public review at the Greensville County Government Center.
